leachprint® does not sell or share the Personal Information (defined herein) it collects from you with third parties except as described in this Privacy Statement. This Privacy Statement covers the information practices of leachprint and applies to information submitted and collected online by, through, or via a leachprint website which includes a reference to this Privacy Statement on the applicable homepage (collectively, "leachprint Websites" or individually, a "leachprint Website") and to information collected off-line by leachprint. This Privacy Statement may be subject to any specific and applicable leachprint affiliate privacy statement and our privacy practices may vary as required by local law.
Personal Information: If you wish to contact leachprint, we typically ask you to provide personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, contact phone numbers, and email address. This information helps us to reply to you. To use certain parts of the leachprint Websites, you may be required to complete a registration form and provide contact information (such as name and email address). If you are making a purchase online, we will also require your credit/debit card information, expiration date, billing address, shipping address and related information. You may also provide additional personally identifiable information that you choose to include in an email that you send to us, via a leachprint Website. There are a number of ways in which leachprint may collect Personal Information from you. Personal Information may be collected if you provide Personal Information in connection with using a leachprint Website, including ordering a product or service, a webinar registration, leachprint Website forms, faxes, surveys, responses to mailed materials, subscription to our newsletter and other publications, telephone calls, and in person, such as at trade shows or other events. In addition, leachprint may collect aggregate Non-Personal Information on the leachprint Website that customers access or visit through the use of website logs, as described below.
Website Logs: leachprint may collect Non-Personal Information in the form of website logs (collectively "Logs"). These Logs are files that record activity on the leachprint Websites and gather statistics about users' activities, such as how many users have visited the leachprint Websites, how often, how many "hits" a particular webpage has received, type and quality of the user's Internet connection to the leachprint Websites, and identification of the user's hardware and software. leachprint may share your information, including Personal Information, within leachprint or with any unaffiliated third party, including leachprint's partners, as described in this section. leachprint's partners include independent vendors, suppliers, licensors, contractors, distributors, resellers, dealers, OEMs and other parties who have a business relationship or a potential business relationship with leachprint.
Fulfillment of Products and/or Services Provided by or for leachprint: leachprint may retain other companies and individuals to perform certain functions on our behalf. While leachprint cannot guarantee complete security of the information we collect from you, we have implemented commercially reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to aid in the prevention of unauthorised access to and improper use of the information we collect from you and to aid in the accurate maintenance of this information. You should be aware, however, that leachprint has no control over the security of other websites or services on the Internet that you might visit even when a link may appear to direct you to websites and services from leachprint. Users Outside the United Kingdom
The information that leachprint collects from you may be transferred to, stored and processed in the United Kingdom and any other country in which leachprint and its agents and partners maintain facilities. Our Commitment to Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important.
